Shweta Madasu Appointed As Chief Technology Officer At Mansfield Energy

Gainesville, GA – Mansfield Energy today announced that Shweta Madasu has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. Madasu will oversee Mansfield’s product and development organization, strengthening the company’s digital capabilities and supporting long-term growth across its national operations.

Madasu most recently served as Head of Product and Technology at Booster Fuels and previously held global product leadership roles at Verizon Connect. Her background spans enterprise SaaS innovation, platform modernization, and scaling technology systems that support operational and customer experience excellence.

As CTO, Madasu will guide product development and engineering teams focused on customer problem‑solving, roadmap development, and the design and maintenance of software platforms, integrations, data pipelines, and applications. Her priorities include driving innovation, improving the speed and quality of technology delivery, and enabling scalable solutions that support Mansfield’s operational and commercial objectives.
