Mansfield Energy Corp. appoints two executives to new positions

New President provides expanded gas and power expertise
New Strategy Office to oversee product development, alliances and acquisitions

Gainesville, GA – October 20, 2016 – Mansfield Energy Corp. announced today the appointment of two executive officers to new positions. Doug Haugh has been appointed President and Chief Strategy Officer of Mansfield Energy Corp. In his new role, Doug Haugh will oversee new product development, strategic partnerships and M&A. Mr. Haugh joined Mansfield in 2007 as the company’s Chief Information Officer and has served as President of Mansfield Oil Company since 2010. “Doug brings outstanding strategic leadership and perspective on the markets and customers we serve to this new role. His deep understanding of our core business paired with his creative approach to the energy sector will be a great asset as we work together to expand the company’s scale,” said Michael Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer.

In addition, Blake Young has been appointed President, Mansfield Oil Company. Previously Chief Administrative Officer for Mansfield Oil Company, Mr. Young will now assume responsibility for all commercialization and marketing activities across the company’s various product lines and services including refined products, specialty products, natural gas, and power. In addition, he will retain responsibility for the company’s administrative functions which he previously supervised. Mr. Young joined Mansfield in 2015 and has 25 years of executive experience across the energy sector including natural gas, power generation, energy marketing & trading, power transmission & distribution and exploration & production arenas. He has previously held executive positions with Campbell Soup Company, Dynegy, Illinois Power Company, BG Group and Comverge. “The diversity of Blake’s previous executive and commercial roles across a myriad of energy businesses positions him well for the role of President,” said Michael Mansfield. “As our company prepares to celebrate 60 years of business in 2017, we are proud to have built the strong executive team we have across the company. These new executive appointments further solidify our continuing commitment to serving customers and suppliers in this rapidly evolving and competitive energy marketplace.”

We have worked very hard these past 10 years to build the most talented team possible and the addition of Blake last year was the culmination of these efforts.”
