Mansfield Energy announced today that it has been named to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s (AJC) Metro Atlanta Top Workplaces 2025. The annual list compiles employee feedback collected through a confidential, third-party survey. Nearly 400 Mansfield employees participated in this year’s submission.

For the 2025 list, just fifty-four companies were recognized as Top Large Workplaces, where key indicators such as respect, support, growth, and empowerment gauge workplace culture. The distinction highlights Mansfield’s focus on fostering a people-first attitude grounded in operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
