Mansfield Named to Newsweek’s 2025 List of America’s Greatest Workplaces
Mansfield Energy recently announced that it has been named in Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a values-driven, people-focused culture.
The annual Newsweek listing is based on independent research that evaluated nearly five million companies across 120 criteria, including employee engagement, compensation, and workplace culture. The final list was informed by over 400,000 confidential employee surveys.
Mansfield employs over 1,000 employees throughout the US and Canada, representing a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise. In 2023, the company introduced its employee value proposition, which centers on enabling team members to reach their full potential through professional development, inclusive leadership, and a shared cultural vision known internally as On Our Way.
“This recognition reaffirms that our cultural journey is resonating with our people,” said Michael Mansfield Sr., CEO of Mansfield Energy. “We’re proud to be included among organizations that are setting the standard for workplace excellence.”
The Newsweek listing follows other corporate culture awards, including a 2023 Platts Global Energy Awards finalist nomination in the “Corporate Impact – Comprehensive Portfolio” category.
