Mansfield Energy Promotes Cole Carroll to SVP, Human Resources

Gainesville, GA – December 3, 2020 – Mansfield Energy Corp announced the promotion of Cole Carroll to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In her new and expanded role, Carroll will oversee all workforce-related initiatives across Mansfield Energy Corp and partner with Mansfield’s Business Unit leadership teams to drive organizational objectives in alignment with company values.

“While Cole has only been with Mansfield for a few years, she has displayed great executive leadership in the organization and is the torchbearer of our Culture,” said Mansfield CFO John Byrd. “Cole drives us forward, which has resulted in higher employee engagement.”

During her tenure at Mansfield, Carroll has successfully integrated talent and employee benefit programs during acquisitions, designed leadership training programs and succession planning processes, and streamlined the company’s talent management program. As a result of Carroll’s leadership, Mansfield has enjoyed an increase in overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
