Bearish EIA Inventory Threatens $3.00 Support Today
The market is up $0.09 cents this morning on the heels of strong cold weather pushing into the Continental United States. Production is still strong around 110.5 Bcf/day. However, we are moving back above the 10-year normal starting 6 days from now. The question is, can this cold lock in and push into Texas? Nat-Gas Prices Recover on Forecasts
Feb nat-gas prices recovered from a 3-month nearest-futures low on Thursday and settled slightly higher as forecasts for below-normal US weather that could potentially boost heating demand, sparked short covering in nat-gas futures.
