What a difference a week makes. The market dropped off over a dollar last week as the weather has gone from well below the historical average, to well above. Critical support is $4.00, and if we break, it could get ugly if the models continue to show warm on the maps. We believe the massive long stop out is now over, and that the market is looking for new information to decide on which way we go. It feels like we are way overdone on the short side and the bears are acting like the winter is officially over. There is still a long way to go before winter is over though.
