Hurricane Dorian Update – September 5, 2019

After rising to Category 3 this morning, Dorian returned has returned to a Category 2 Hurricane, and is currently travelling just 25 miles off the coast of South Carolina. The storm is expected to continue northward potentially impacting eastern regions of Canada by Sunday.

Parts of eastern South and North Carolina have posted tornado watches, and numerous isolated tornadoes and wind spouts have been reported. Flooding has affected several areas, and hundreds of thousands are without power.
