Business Development Manager
Kial Hathcoat directs Business Development for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) sales across North America for Mansfield Clean Energy Partners. Kial is the sales channel lead responsible for identifying new and existing transportation partner fleets, developing and presenting individualized business cases for conversion to natural gas vehicles and completing long-term anchor-member contracts. Kial is also responsible for maintaining relationships with tractor and Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) equipment OEMs, including the development and maintenance of specifications and pricing information.
Prior to Mansfield, Kial served as the Director of Wholesale Operations for Total Petroleum LLC, a wholesale petroleum distribution company. Responsibilities included overseeing a transportation division responsible for delivering 150M gallons annually of petroleum, biodiesel, and ethanol products throughout South Georgia, North Florida, & Southeast Alabama.
Kial graduated from Bainbridge State College with a degree in Business Administration.
Director of Finance & Operations
Brendan McMahon serves as Director of Finance & Operations of Mansfield Clean Energy Partners. He brings extensive experience in the transportation fuels and risk management sectors and has most recently worked as Director of Operations for Mansfield Oil Company, overseeing customer service, pricing teams, risk management and operational projects with business technology.
As the Director of Operations and Finance for Mansfield Clean Energy Partners, Brendan manages the operational, finance and accounting functions for MCEP. He also develops and maintains key economic models, market intelligence, and other valuable customer tools.
Brendan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Georgia.
Director of CNG Business Development and Sales
With more than a decade of experience in the design and construction of CNG stations, Scott is an industry expert in the areas of CNG compression and storage, CNG refueling systems, methane detection systems and CNG control systems. Scott was previously with Mansfield Gas Equipment Systems, Inc. where he served as Director of Business Development and Sales.
During his time with MCEP, Scott increased sales 30% year over year and oversaw construction of twenty-two CNG stations in 2012 alone. Overall, Scott has been involved with over eighty CNG construction projects across the country, spanning the waste, commercial industrial, government and transportation sectors.
Chad oversees the sales, marketing and business development efforts for the Western region of the United States, Canada and Mansfield Clean Energy Partners (a joint venture with Mansfield Oil). He directs key infrastructure development and fuel programs to support fleets in the trucking sector as they transition to natural gas powered vehicles. In addition, Chad leads a team of business development professionals who are responsible for developing partnerships with Clean Energy's target customer base.
Since joining Clean Energy in 2003, Chad has been actively involved in every market the company serves including the refuse, transit and airport sectors. Over the past 12 years, the company has grown from 30 employees to over 1,000 with revenues of $350 million and a network of fueling facilities that now exceeds 500 sites.
He is a proud graduate of Loyola Marymount University as a scholar athlete with a business degree in finance. Outside of MCEP, Chad spends his free time golfing with his wife and coaching baseball with his two boys.
