Blake Young

President, Mansfield Oil Company

As President of Mansfield Oil Company, Blake has responsibility for all commercial and marketing activities across the company’s numerous product lines and services. He also oversees the natural gas and power retail marketing business. In addition, he has responsibility for the company’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence and Program Management Office functions of the company.

Mr. Young possesses broad energy industry knowledge and has CEO experience in both large and middle market companies (Publicly traded & Private Equity Backed). He has lead meaningful consumer-focused businesses, driven new product development, branding, and sales & marketing transformations.

Prior to Mansfield, Blake served as Managing Partner of Cap2ity Consulting Group, providing executive level management consultancy services in an array of energy and technology services in areas of business strategy, commercial product development, business expansion analysis, business systems implementation/technology infrastructure disciplines, merger and acquisitions support and integration services.

Prior to Cap2ity, Mr. Young was President & CEO of Comverge, an energy management company specializing in demand management. He repositioned Comverge within the smart grid industry as a growth oriented and innovative energy solutions company. At BG Group, he led a multi-hundred-million-dollar global technology transformation initiative aimed at integrating and high-grading the company’s global technology infrastructure and key business applications.

While with Dynegy Inc, a Houston-based energy marketing and trading company, Blake was one of 5 members of the Dynegy Executive Management Team with responsibility for corporate strategy & development, divestitures, regulated businesses, information technology, policy, corporate communications, public relations, financial planning, human resources and corporate shared services. He also served as President & CEO of Illinois Power Company, a $2.5+ billion gas and electric transmission and distribution company in the Midwest serving 1.3 million customers across 40,000 square miles of service territory with 1,800 employees. He had overall company responsibility spanning all commercial, operational, regulatory and administrative areas.

Prior to Dynegy, Mr. Young was with Tenneco Energy, a large natural gas transporter and marketer. He served in a number of executive roles including Executive Director, National Accounts, Vice-President & Chief Information Officer and Chief Of Staff to the Chairman, President & CEO.

He is currently serving as an independent director for Saulsbury Industries, a large national, Texas-based Engineering, Procurement & Construction firm.

Doug Haugh

President and Chief Strategy Officer, Mansfield Energy Corp.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Doug is the driving force behind Mansfield’s corporate strategy, acquisitions and partnerships. His strategic and technology-driven focus allows the organization to develop future programs and systems, while maintaining high-level execution for our customers today.

Doug’s global perspective and entrepreneurial spirit enables Mansfield customers to overcome the challenges they face in energy supply, financial controls, and risk management.

Doug has twenty years of experience working in the energy and technology industries; he began his career with Exxon, serving in marketing and business development. Previously as Co-Founder and COO of FuelQuest, Doug created supply chain management and tax automation solutions throughout the downstream energy industry for clients like Wal-Mart, Ryder, 7-Eleven, UPS, and Chevron.

In 2006, Doug was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Energy Technology, Houston and Gulf Coast Area. He was honored as a 2009 Clemson Alumni Entrepreneur by the Arthur M. Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Clemson University. He was named to the CIO 100 in 2010 and 2011.

Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA in Technology Management.

John Byrd

Chief Operating Officer, Mansfield Energy Corp.

John Byrd is COO at Mansfield. John focuses on transactional and operational metrics to increase efficiencies across the organization. John owns Mansfield's daily execution and all operational facets of Mansfield's businesses. This includes transportation, supply, logistics, and customer service.

Before joining Mansfield, John served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Administration and Corporate Controller for TransMontaigne, where he was responsible for both operational and back-office accounting. Prior to TransMontaigne, John was with Arthur Andersen in both the Audit and Business Process Outsourcing Divisions where he focused on process consulting for energy trading companies.

John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

Andy Milton

Senior Vice President, Supply & Distribution, Mansfield Oil Company

Andy Milton heads the supply group for Mansfield and during his tenure the company has grown from 1.3 billion gallons to over 2.5 billion gallons per year.

Andy's industry experience spans all aspects of the fuel supply business from truck dispatch, analytics, and index pricing to hedging and bulk purchasing.

Prior to Mansfield, Andy worked at RaceTrac Petroleum. Andy's expertise in purchasing via pipeline, vessel, and the coordination via futures and options for hedging purchases enables him to successfully lead a team of experienced and motivated supply personnel at Mansfield.

Andy's team handles a wide geographic area of all 50 states and Canada, including all gasoline products, ULSD, kerosene, Heating Oil, biodiesel, Ethanol, and Natural Gas.

Andy's education began at Young Harris College and later at Georgia Southern University where he received a BS in Sports Management.

Andy Austin

Senior Vice President, Specialty Products, Mansfield Oil Company

Andy Austin serves as Sr. Vice President, Specialty Products for Mansfield Oil Company. In his role, Andy is responsible for managing Mansfield's fuel additives and DEF business.

Prior to Mansfield, Andy was President and CEO of Additech where he helped expand the company from startup to operations in 17 states and over 2500 fueling locations.

Prior to Additech Andy spent 10 years as a management consultant helping Fortune 1000 corporations identify, develop, and execute business growth strategies.

Andy holds a BS in Computer Science from LeMoyne College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

J. Chris Daichendt

Senior Vice President, Transportation & Logistics, Mansfield Oil Company

With nearly twenty years of experience in transportation management, J. Chris Daichendt leads the strategic direction of the Mansfield's transportation department including freight coordination, rate solicitation and negotiation, contract management and overall vendor relationship management.

Before joining the Mansfield team in 2008, Chris was a Senior Project Manager at FuelQuest, coordinating several large-scale implementation projects in the United States and the Middle East. Prior to FuelQuest, Chris held numerous positions including General Manager, Director of Operations and Operations Manager for both BFI Waste Systems and H&W Petroleum, Inc.

Chris holds a BS in Management with an Area of Concentration in Environmental Science from Clemson University.
